In short: Buildit connects to your Facebook Page and ad account, with your permission, to build and launch ads for your business. We only use that access to do what you ask, we never sell your data, and you can disconnect or ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
Buildit ("Buildit," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI-driven advertising automation product that helps small businesses create and manage campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) from a single dashboard. Buildit is built and operated by MIIM Consulting, a growth marketing and consulting firm. This policy governs the Buildit product specifically; it sits alongside, and does not replace, any policy covering MIIM's own consulting services.
Information we collect
Account information
Your name, email address, and password when you create a Buildit account.
Meta account data
When you connect Facebook via Facebook Login, we access only the ad accounts and Pages you choose, using the permissions you approve at connection time, for example:

How we use it
- To create, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf via the Meta Marketing API.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Buildit dashboard.
- To communicate with you about your account or campaigns.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Data retention
We keep account and campaign data for as long as your Buildit account is active, or as long as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 7.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted storage of access tokens and restricted internal access, to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we recommend using a strong, unique password on your Buildit account.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@miim.in. You can also revoke Buildit's access to your Facebook account directly, at any time, from your Facebook Business Integrations settings.
Children's privacy
Buildit is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date above.
